COVID-19: Clashes, Communications, & Coronavirus

Environmental health professionals were increasingly requested to assist in reopening phases of commerce and recreation after lengthy COVID-19 quarantine and isolation declarations. This required  new knowledge, skills, and abilities for the environmental health professional to be effective in difficult conditions. This Just in Time video offers an orientation to what was the new normal and insight to increase the likelihood of success in potentially stressful situations.
